The NVC45 is a beautiful, “agressive” and extremely versatile maxi-tender.
The hull, designed by Ocke Mannerfelt, is the evolution of the one of the tender used by the Swedish team Victory Challenge at the last America's Cup. The deck was completely redesigned instead.
A 14 meters that has in its DNA the hard work, the "service" to the big boats of the America's Cup but that, thanks to the study done to obtain the best use of spaces, can also be a recreational boat, a luxury tender or a support boat.
A versatile boat also because of the wide choice of the engines that can go up to two Seatek with surface drives (max speed 80 Knots), starting from two less powerful Volvo D6 (max speed “only” 45 Knots).
The construction is sophisticated, with air compartments out of DTEX 1670, fiberglass with epoxy resins and reinforcements made of unidirectional carbon bands at structures and in the most stressed points.
The finishings are made with neopentyl gelcoat, console and peak covers are printed with RTM technique.
