From design to creation, and then back to design.

A design is good when it creates a good product;

A design is excellent when it is perfected by the product itself.

Along the way to becoming a product, the design is modified, integrated and completed until it finally arrives on the market. Even after this, changes may still be made: an H3O design is considered as completed only after the market has given its first positive feedback.

H3O method integrates:

  • the way clients will use the end product and their habits
  • the competitors’ products
  • research into and experimentation of new technological solutions
  • market and consumer research tools
  • material testing and diagnostics
  • the connections between each individual component of the product
  • the adoption of scale economies in the design phase

THE POLYCENTRIC PROCESS

From components engineering to the choice of materials, from the preliminary lay-out to the test prototype, from the supplier to the end-user, the H3O Team is an elastic structure that stretches to infinity, capable of integrating and synchronizing external roles and functions of support and consultancy.
The team comprises all those who take part in defining the design as well as all those who play a role in bringing it to fruition. The H3O Team receives, digests and metabolizes inputs from each of these players and applies it during the design process.

THE ADAPTIVE PROCESS

Phase 1

The customer exposes his needs, requests and ideas, which can be:

  • development of a new project
  • taking charge, set-up and management of an already running project
  • supervision of an approved project

The H3O team develops a preliminary analysis of the information and evaluates the feasibility of the project.

Phase 2

  • development of a pre-project and exchange on technical and economic aspects.
    The customer evaluates the pre-project and decides whether to proceed with its development and realization.

Phase3

The H3O team develops and proposes a production plan declined and adapted to the needs and availability of the customer.
